Honestly if in a tournament setting you have the choice, probably just pick someone else vs a snake player. I play a lot of little mac and I take down statistics of my wins vs each character. But if you can at least get him spot dodging or using some other defensive option, then you can start racking up percent that way. If Snake is holding a grenade and you FSmash him, you're getting the better end of that trade.
